I have a range of different programmes to help you.
Fat Burner
Is a fat burning programme to reduce body fat %

Strong
Is a strength training programme if you're looking to be and feel stronger this is the programme for you. Using high weights and low reps to increase strength.

Tone & Lift
Is a low weight, high reps workout aimed to tone the main muscles and increase heart rate to improve stamina and tone & lift the body!
​
Recovery
Is a tailored programme designed for women who have had surgery, or had an accident/injury and need to recover and rebuild themselves.
​
This programme would also benefit post natal women - re strengthening your pelvic floor muscles, abdominals. Maybe you have had a c-section or natural birth, maybe you have abdominal separation, and need help to strengthen after having your baby. I can help, I can visit you at home and support you to feel like yourself again.

Maintenance
The perfect way to continue your journey and maintain the goals you've achieved, with the added 60 mins weekly session with Nicola.

Check In Session £45.00
Ideal 60 minutes to check in with Nicola.
- Maybe you want to improve your form on a certain exercises.
- You might want to increase your weights & looking for support.
-- Maybe you are just looking for reassurance or encouragement and want to check on how you're getting on with your workout.
This one off fee is a perfect 60 mins PT session to book in and get exactly what you need!

Maintenance - £140 per month
Maintenance is the perfect way to continue to training after your programme. You've completed your programme and hit those goals - what's next? Maintenance programme is the perfect solution to keep you on the right path.
